• Are an expert at different haircut techniques
• Have at least one year of experience as a hairdresser
• Invest time in training and take master classes; collect haircut references you're excited to create
• Understand the nuances of different hair types and face shapes
• Can advise clients and help them make a decision
• Love your clients as we do: greeting them warmly and making sure they feel comfy with you
• Are passionate about your craft
